writing & moderating articles on form poetry

form21 is a new project, slated to launch September 2009, to open up a dialog about poetic form in the 21st century. An overview of the project is available at the form21 blog.

To apply, please email editors@foldedword.com with:

1. the email address associated with your WordPress account (open an account if you don't already have one)
2. the titles of 6 form poems you've written + where they've been published OR the names of 6 college-level English/creative writing courses you have taken + where you've taken them
3. an article outline that includes the name of a form and references for your comments.
